Once you have sent your request, the Web Space Site technicians will send you a quote to your e-mail address

On receipt of the quote, you must fill it in with your billing details: (Private individual: name, surname, tax code. and address); (Company: company name, VAT number, registered office address, sdi code and pec)

The signed and completed quotation must be sent together with the partial or total transfer account agreed in the quotation to: fatturazione@webspacesite.co.uk

After booking the service, an expert will get in touch with you, setting a date and time to meet (by video call or in person at the office) to fill in the client sheet together, which will be useful for initialising the work.

The client sheet will transcribe all the client’s requests, which will be useful for the expert to fully understand how to realise the website.

Web Space Site guarantees the customer full autonomy in the use of the website. Specifically with regard to the website: We guarantee autonomy in the modification of individual pages and all content within. We also guarantee full autonomy in the creation of new content and new pages.

If, while using the website, the customer encounters difficulties in making a certain change, the customer may contact the agency, which will be able to help him make the change at no additional cost.

***Please note: there are no costs if the requested change is minor. If, on the other hand, the work is major, this may be subject to contractualisation at the discretion of the agency itself.

All our products (related to website creation or e-commerce) are purchased without subscription. Only one payment is required, the one described on the website. Once the payment described in the quote has been made, no further payments are due.

For the visibility of your website, there are recurring payments on a quarterly, half-yearly or yearly basis.
